Moncore Automation provides AI-powered automation solutions, including but not limited to workflow automation, communication automation, AI receptionist services, and other related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Use our services legally and ethically.

  • Avoid uploading harmful, malicious, or illegal content.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account.

You are responsible for any activity conducted under your access or integrations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, automations, workflows, and materials created by Moncore Automation remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or exploit our materials without permission.

5. Payment & Billing

Payments must be made according to the terms presented at checkout, invoice, or engagement agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. AI Limitations

Our AI tools provide automated assistance based on data inputs. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee perfect performance. You acknowledge that:

  • AI may generate incorrect or incomplete outputs.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all automated communications.

  • We are not liable for decisions made solely based on automated outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moncore Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us during the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our services. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for services already delivered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada (Province of Quebec) unless otherwise required by your jurisdiction.
